Chef $40.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Gourmet Spit Roast/ Super Buffet
Chef $40.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Wait Staff $35.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Silverware and crockery prices include take away and dishwashing
Main Course – China/Melamine plate, knife, fork and serviette – $1.50 per guest.
Main and Dessert – China/Melamine plate, dessert plate, spoon, knife, fork and serviette –
$1.80 per guest.
